Pike Street 280-Thread Count Damask Stripe Cotton White Down Full/Queen Comforter

So this is my first down comforter. I got a King one on sale at Amazon for $30. When I got it, I was surprised to see that it was dry clean only. I don’t now if all down comforters are that way but, like I said this was my first.
The reason why I am giving this 2 stars was after about a month of use, I had a ton of leather feather particles all over my room. You can literally see a layer of feathers on the bottom of my TV stand. Whenever I made up the bed, I could see little feather pieces flying in the air.
If you have asthma or something, I suggest you don’t get this.
After about 6 weeks, I washed it in the washing machine. I figured it would probably cost as much to dry clean it as the purchase price, so I didn’t really care. It washed fine, but the lint catcher in my dryer was full of feathers.

Lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for all year here in the desert. You won’t find a better price for such a nice down comforter.

Quality damask stripe fabric. Fairly lightweight. Good for warmer climates, not so much for cold winters and nights. It says dry clean only, but it machine washes fine for us.

I am very pleased with this purchase and can recommend the comforter wholeheartedly. I live in Texas, and this lightweight comforter is great for winter, although will probably too heavy for summer.
It took almost half a day to fluff up to its full loftiness; it arrives *very* compressed.
